    Hvor fedt at du har startet en madblog, Jane. Jeg manglede sådan et sted at læse om mad der var befriet for selvhøjtidelighed. Yeah!

    Hej Ditte
    Parmarullerne stammede fra kogebogen “Mad til mange” som jeg lånte på biblioteket dengang og derfor ikke har på hylden. Ellers prøv dig frem med 100 g græsk yoghurt, 100 g ægte feta og 100 g valnødder. Blandet med en håndfuld hakket persille. De smager supergodt!

    PS: den græske yoghurt skal være 10% versionen. Ellers bliver cremen for vandet.
