New favorite dip: Sunshine sauce

When I first tried this Sunshine sauce, I was somewhat skeptical. Judging from the ingredients, I thought it sounded pretty weird, to be honest. But once I tasted it, it completely won me over and if there’s one recipe I’ve made again and again this summer, this is the one. I’ve eaten it with vegetables, with meat, for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I’m crazy about it! And since I’ve been dairy free for most of the summer, I’ve really enjoyed having a delicious full fat dipping sauce without any dairy products.

It has the most incredible taste that tastes nothing like anything I’ve ever tried before. It’s creamy and sweet and spicy all at the same time. This recipe is definitely a new stable in my kitchen.

SUNSHINE SAUCE – 1 SMALL GLASS

  • 100g Sunflower Seed Butter
  • 100g coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Coconut Aminos (or Tamari Sauce)
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 0,5 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp applecider vinegar

THIS IS HOW EASY IT IS:

Combine all ingredients in a small glass and stir well together with a soon. Store in the fridge for a week or so but you’ll probably finish it before!
